Cancellation policy

At Swissvita Malaysia, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all customers. This policy applies to any purchase options offered on our website, including subscriptions, pre-orders, recurring purchases, bundle offers, or other special purchase arrangements.

1. Order Cancellation

Customers may request to cancel their order before the order has been processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled or handed over to the courier, cancellation will no longer be available.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number.

2. Subscription or Recurring Purchase Cancellation

For subscription or recurring purchase options, customers may cancel their subscription before the next billing date. Once the next order has been charged or processed, the order will be treated as confirmed and may no longer be cancelled.

After cancellation, no further automatic charges will be made. Any orders that have already been processed before cancellation will still be delivered as scheduled.

3. Pre-Order Cancellation

Pre-order items may be cancelled before the item has been prepared for shipment. Once the pre-order has been packed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be accepted.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-order items are provided for reference and may be subject to change due to stock arrival, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Bundle, Gift, and Promotional Purchase Cancellation

For bundle deals, free gifts, voucher purchases, or promotional orders, the full order must be cancelled together if eligible. Partial cancellation may not be available for selected promotions.

If an order cancellation affects the promotion eligibility, free gifts, discounts, or vouchers may be removed or adjusted accordingly.

5. Refund Processing

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or platform used during checkout.

Shipping fees, transaction fees, or other charges may be non-refundable where applicable.

6. Failed Payment or Unsuccessful Renewal

For recurring purchase options, if a payment fails, we may retry the payment or notify the customer to update the payment details. If payment remains unsuccessful, the subscription or recurring order may be paused or cancelled automatically.

7. Product Availability

All purchase options are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Swissvita Malaysia reserves the right to cancel the affected order and arrange a refund or offer an alternative product where applicable.
