- Within 14 days of receipt?
- Unopened, sealed, same condition?
- Original packaging intact?
- Refund Declaration Form done?
- Packed safely with invoice?
⚬ Items are your responsibility until we receive them. Pack carefully.
⸻ We may decline returns if:
- − Bought during sale / promotional price
- − Seal broken / not in original packaging
- − Items don’t match invoice
- − Return requested after 14 days
⟶ To Submit a Return Request:
- Email us before returning: order#, name, contact & reason.
- Repack & seal, ship to address below by your own cost.
- Items must be in original packaging (sealed & unopened).
- Fill in the Refund Declaration Form (contact service@allyoung.my or WhatsApp 60133988058 to get it). Refund processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the item(s).
- Refund = price paid (after promotions, discounts & rebates).
