Refund policy

allyoung offers a 14-DAYS RETURN POLICY (ANY RETURN LATER THAN THIS WILL BE IGNORED). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can always reach us at service@allyoung.my.

Subjected to review and approval, ALLYOUNG reserves the right to decline the return and refund if:
i) The returned product(s) purchased was bought during sale period with a promotional price.
ii) The returned product(s) is not in the original sealed packaging
iii) The returned product(s) is not tally in accordance to your order invoice
iv) The returned period have exceeded the stipulated timeline given
To submit a RETURN REQUEST, kindly:
1. Inform us via email before returning the items(s) for a refund. Include in your order number, name, contact number and also the reason of returning.
2. Re-pack the item(s) and seal it back in a proper packaging before sending it back to the below address via any of your desired courier company AT YOUR OWN COST.
